Trademark Registration

We prepare and file a simple trademark application for $675 (which includes the required federal filing fee of $275, $325 or $375). This includes up to two hours of work (nearly all single class applications are completed in two hours or less) and the application for one class of goods or services. While many only fall into one class, we will discuss with you how many classes the goods or services you offer fall into. We charge for one hour of work and the government requires an additional filing fee for each additional class. If our search reveals problems, you will be given the option to have your $675 application fee refunded before we proceed with the application. If, before the application is completed, you require a refund, you will be given a refund minus payment for work already completed.
